auto- manual conversion

ive searched through the forums and still have some questions left unanswered. if i purchased a sr20det clip and did the auto to manual swap would i still need to rewire the reverse lights and what exactly do i have to rewire. also are there any websites with step by step instructions or pictures i could possibly follow? any help is appreciated.

u dont have to wire them, only if u want to let people know that u r going backasswards, or u could get a cool beeper thing like on sanitational engineers' transportation devices (garbage trucks). prolly just need to find the wire that goes to the lights and connect to the sensor on the 5 speed piece

is it only the reverse lights that need messing with or is there anything else, that beeping thing is a funny idea, wouldnt do it but funny

Theres no rewiring to do. You use the sensors off of the KA transmission, and the park sensor gets trashed.
