Auto-leveling head ligths

Every time I turned headlights on I see headlights going up and down and then stop on some level. But for now I noticed it stopped doing this, lights just getting on and that is it.
Can somebody explain how this auto-leveling feature works on Rogue'14 SL with premium package or should I call to dealer to check it?

Lights will auto level on startup if the position sensors detect the need. There is one on the rear multi-link and one on the front control arm. Full write up is available in the technical service manual.
