Auto Headlights

Has anyone else noticed that when your driving in the rain and your wipers are on your headlights don't automatically come on like all other cars do....like my last car did, its annoying to have to remember to turn em on.

Yea, it kinda sucks. I don't use the auto headlights for that very reason - i know that if i have them on auto i won't remember to turn them on in the rain....stupid NJ laws....

In Canada you have to have running lights on all the time because of the weather and snow we get. I dont know why this isnt a law in the USA, it should be. Then this would not be a problem.

in CA you must have your lights on at night, in the rain, and i think in the fog

I think the law in california if i remember correctly is like turn lights on 1 hour before sun set and you can turn them off 1 hour after sun up or before?

And if you forget to turn your lights on, then you didnt need them in the first place.

If i cant see i turn them on, and if i can see i dont care, i didnt need them. thats my law hehe.

hey you guys would be surprised how many people drive with there lights off over here, they turn the knob to where the orange lights come on but not the headlights and just drive around like that. other night a saw a lady driving like that at like 2 am when it was hella dark outside lol
