Auto Headlight Consult III reprogram

does anyone know if the Consult III can reprogram the auto headlights to wait longer before they turn on? IMO they turn on too quickly....i go under a underpass and they turn on. I go under a heavily shaded area for a brief moment and they turn on. I wish they waited like 10 seconds before they turned on.

for folks that drive through tunnels (i.e. DC, New York, etc) the quick response is a good thing if the lights are left in Auto mode!

i suppose....but what is 10 seconds? i mean its enough where the lights wouldnt turn off if you drove under an underpass, but quick enough if you go into a tunnel.

I live in the burbs of DC btw.....not many tunnels around here.
