im having a nightmare with this thing any help is much appreciated. im quite sure that i have an auto harness with my 5 speed sr i think the company that i bought my sr from mixed them up. i got the wiring all done (payed my friend $100 to wire it for my s14 zenki) and i went to hook up the TPS and there wasnt a connecter to fit it its a six prong and the tps is a 3 prong... my question is... what do i do from here please help...

auto harness has nothing to do with the tps, all the trans connectors are in the lower harness with the battery, starter, alt, oil pressure.

the upper harness has the ecu, coil pack harness, ignitor, throttle position sensor, coolant sensor, temp sender, mass air flow, wiper amp, wiper motor, cam angle sensor, o2 sensor, idle air control valve, knock sensor

yeah you just have an auto engine harness. its no big deal. go to a junk yard and get a 3 prong plug off a sentra or 200sx. then cut the 6 prong plug and wire it up. the fsm should tell what wires to use. use the search thing at top and browse through all the tps threads. its pretty easy.

i was running the auto tps with manual ecu and had no problems really. i did however recently change it and throttle response is a bit better.
