auto harness w/manual trans????

i got another engine for my 89 240, still the ka24e, but it had an auto on it when i got it and the complete uncut harness, i was just going to use the engine harness thats already hooked to the new motor, since its all hooked up except for a few things, but will it still work since it came from an auto car?, i'm still gonna use the manual ecu i just need to know if it will work?

Welcome to NICO Chad!

I would recommend changing it to the manual harness. Reason is it may not be the same pin oreintation on the ECM.
