auto engine in manual car both s13... what to do?

did the swap... put an automatic engine in my manual car but not idling right. what do i need to swap from the manual block to the auto block to make it run better? im running the manual ecu.

You'll need the auto ECM.

is it a plug and play? because the car is originally a manual.

If you used the auto harness then yes. The Auto ecm is mapped different because of the different requirements of the engine. You can use an auto ECM on a manual but not the other way around from what I have read.

Did you put an auto transmission in it also or no?
