I have a 91 240sx that is 5SPD, but i can get my hands on a 92 240sx Auto ECU, now will this work with my car and get rid of the speed cut, if so are there any downsides to it? Thanks

it will be just fine. the idle control may be a little different. you idle may be slightly imperfect but will run jsut fine. im using my stock auto ecu now after my 5spd swap and it works fine, idles good too
