So my swap arrived and I checked the ECU part numbers just to make sure, the ECU is for an auto RB20DET. The ECU on my KA was using an auto ECU because it was swapped so I should be fine, right?

Mine had an auto ecu on it and worked great. The timing is different tho it needs to be @ 20deg vs 15deg.
