Auto ECU in a Manual car... Does this work for Sohc?

I have a Soch 240sx with the gay speed limiter. I've been searching in nico and only seem to see people write about the doch 240's. I was wondering if this also works for the kae's also. If not, then are there other solutions? I found a post on nico but it was about a 93 kade and the speed limiter and they said a Dohc auto ecu would work fine in a dohc manual, but does this also work for the sohc kae? Any help and response would be appreciated.

My car used to be automatic. I have a SOHC. The car is now 5 speed. I still have the auto ECU.

It works but throws up the check engine light, you can bypass it but once you bring it in for inspection it will throw a code on the mechanics computer and keep you from getting a "legal" inspection pass.

sure it will work, but why? when would you ever need to go 115mph (or whatever the speed limit is set at)? never mind faster than that.

it has to be a ka24e auto ecu and can't be ka24de auto ecu to work right?

when i had my single slammer i had the auto ecu with a 5 speed.i had no rev limiter.when i put in the manual ecu it gave me a rev limiter
