I would like to start by saying I have searched extensively on google, NICO, Zilvia, etc. and have found nothing regarding my specific question.

My question for you electrical geniuses out there is: Can you fashion the 95-98 Auto Down Window Switch for the driver's side window to work on the passenger side window as well?

I would like to have both windows with the auto down functionality if it is possible. If so what kind of work actually needs to be done? Is it just a different type of switch or is there some sort of relay that needs to be installed? Let me know.

Never looked into it, but would bet there has to be some things in the driver's door window assembly that would have to also exist in the passenger window assembly.

To me it seems all that needs to be done is have the passenger window wired to a variable switch i.e. the stock auto down switch. It only serves four functions up/neutral/down/douwn static (auto). The only think I cant figure out is what makes it stop.

What makes it stop would be the missing pieces in the passenger window setup, hence what I mentioned.

The window amp in the driver door i believe controls that function. If one were to wire that in, I would probably use a second window amp. But I like to customize things, and I'm pretty good with electrical according to other people that have me work on their cars. So I will look into it.
