Auto climate control issue no Ac

I'm new to the board with this being my first post. Hello all. Just picked up a Z and I'm trying to tackle one issue at a time. I'm now working on the AC before summer hits. Thing is AC was working fine day I bought the car and also just a few days ago.
Quick time line
All climate controls worked 2 weeks ago when I bought car
Last week heard buzzing noise above so I pulled out the upper climate control
Ran AC worked fine after
Knock sensor went out so I did the knock relocate mod with battery unplugged
Added need radio
Ran AC during few days after all this and now it doesn't work nor does lower feet area.
Ran test and did a lot of searching. I saw one person redid the motors that control air flow but last thing I want to do is pull the dash board.
auto/off test results:
Ok ran the test.
Actuator test-
When upper vent icon was on the mode door vent worked, intake door no REC light, the AC kicked on, the compressor was on but again no REC light if it was suppose to be on. So a/c does work:)

Ran the trouble results mode
1 and 2 have a open circuit
1) '0
2) '0
3) 50
4) 50
5) 50
6) 50
7) 50
1 and 2 came up an issue I'm guessing because no sensor. Didn't know the fan was important so I tossed it and have to pick up another from a local parts car. So I'm looking for any help with this. I checked all fuses and all is well. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
