i was wondering, if you take your car to a auto body repair shop, do they need info about your insurance company. i bought a 240sx with some parts bent. I just did the sileighty conversion and not very impress with the outcomes since it didn't look prefect like how it should be. if anybody knows anything about about the process, please help me out.

when i went yesterday they just needed a registration or insurance card to know exactly the vehicle in case they needed parts. there is no reason to need to know if you have insurance or anything about it

That depends.. is your insurance company paying to get your sileighty conversion fixed?

nope, i was just wondering because whenever people talk about fixing their car, the word insurance always pop up. from what i inspect so far, all i have to do is replace the complete radiator support because the bottom part of it is bent as well as the top. so how much you think that would go for?
