Here is the question. Im not doing the KA to SR swap dont ask why I just wanna now if there is a difference in length on an automatic and a five speed transmission when doing the conversion? Thats all I need to know its been driving me crazy trying to find out the answer.

no ive looked at both types and they both seem to be same length....

On the S13, the front half of the driveshaft is 15.55" for the M/T and 17.01" for the A/T. So yes, they are different. This is taken from the FSM.
