Auto -> 5 Speed Cold Start Problem

S14 auto -> S14 5 SpeedUsing the auto ECU

When the car's cold the car short circuits! Or it's drawing waay too much current because the break (100A) I have onmy battery line blows!

When the car's been warmed up already, it starts fine.

Could this be the cold start issues I hear about using an auto ecu in a 5 speed swapped car?

check the wiring harness along the valve cover for the injectors see if its shorted to the cover at the back of the engine.
