Auto 300zx 2+2 trans/engine problems

I own a 90 300zx na with a 170k on it the car was running fine until a heater hose blew off and it leaked. repaired the problem but now when the car is at idle and I shift in to drive the car boggs down and sometimes shuts off. the car starts fine idle in park and nutral and can even rev up to 6 and 7 grand no problems. also if you try to drive the car it will start off very very slow and the pick up like it was strapped to a rocket and then dives fine only at a stop or a slowing speed down below 15 does it have problems, o and shifting in to drive. So if anyone car please give me a direction to go in it would be help full
