I'm swapping an Autech motor into an older Datsun roadster. Is there anybody that can tune an S15 Autech ECU? I would love to be able to run E85 since the engine is almost 12:1 compression.

Hi and welcome to NICO Club!

Yes, I'm pretty sure there are people that exist that can tune said ECU. I recommend trying to find those that live nearest you or your car. I don't see a location anywhere here. Does that matter to you? JWT, Rebello Motors, Z-car garage come to mind for California. Maybe call and ask them if they support your specific needs.
