Audio playing behind the scenes while on Bluetooth phone

I just got a 2010 Murano last night and had a question I couldn't find an answer to when searching the forum. On my 2008 Rogue, when I'd make a call or receive a call through the Bluetooth system is would pause the audio that was playing in the background. I noticed today that when I got off the phone the CD had moved a few songs. just to note, I couldn't hear the audio playing but it would be nice if when I ended the call the CD player resumed playing where I left off when starting the call. Any ideas how to fix this?
