does any body know part# for the bolts on the turbo and elbow pipe

Not sure exactly what you want but here are the number for most of the fasteners:

Manifold to turbo:4 studs 14064-01M002 locking washer plates 14495-17F004 nuts 14432-P7600, or 14432-0B700

Turbo to O2 extension:Bolts 14434-V0301Nuts 14432-P7600, or 14432-0B700
