What part of the instructions are you looking for?? theres not much instruction...

If your looking for installation, theres plenty of threads and even videos on youtube that show you how to do it.

Also, I believe any coilover instructions will do the same. Such as preload and height change instructions.

Ask what you need and we can help... or if anyone does have the instuctions, they could post that too...

basically im needing to know about the preload and the helper springs. i know the basics but i need to know if the helper springs need to be set to a certain point . i measured everything to even it out when i changed out the springs from the 8/6 that came installed to the 9/7 that came with. every thing is set back to where it was when they came. well by measurement anyway.

Well you got new springs and i'm assuming you installed them and want to set preload again correct?

All you do is hand tighten the top collar until it is stug against the spring, then take the collar wrench and crank it about 3-6 turns (depends on coilover, but it should keep the spring from moving or wobbling). Then do it to the others, make sure to measure the front with the other front, and rear with the other rear to make sure they are close. Then finish it up by locking the top collar in by tightening the collar just below.

i appreciate the help smocan i think i got it . i put them on today and set my ride height but im gonna have to bring it back up just a little to keep my tires from rubbing on hard turns. man these things ride great. they are just soft enough to not kill my kidneys but hard enough to let me feel the road.

just out of curiosity what do you guys have your ride height set at in inches from fender to ground? right now mine sits 23.75" from top of the fender well to the ground.
