You guys need to improve your public communications, bigtime! Why is it that I, as a prospective buyer, seem to know more about a topic than the person I speak to in "Customer Service" on the Nissan 800 number. Their product knowledge, in my humble opinion, appears to be conspicuous by its absence!

I've been waiting to get the Sedan WITH the Convenience Pkg & ABS brakes! I don't want to boost your profit margins by having to purchase an additional, UNWANTED, so called package. In the case of the Sedan SL the website said I had to have the "Power Package" in order to get ABS.That is simply bogus. Give Americans a good package and they/we will buy it. In other words, "Build it and they will come".

We know ABS is/was VERY hard to get on the Hatchback but many were led to believe that ABS would be available (as a stand alone item) on the Sedan. Well, the first day you changed your website I WAS able to get ABS along with the Convenience Package and NO OTHER add on. The very next day it was no longer available in that configuration. I'm surprised the media has not picked up on this. Simply put Gentlemen: You need to get the Nissan "house" in order! Sayanora (sic)!!!

So I don't own a Versa yet but.... I plan on it. (maybe) This is a great thred to let the "powers that be" know whats up and how you feel. I'm sure their in tune with this forum. Tell'em how you feel about every aspect of the Versa and how the salesmen are coming accross. The internet is such a great tool.
