Hey,So far this is what I got for BSFC (f.y.i. brake specific fuel consumption)

BSFC = lb. hp (target at flywheel) x hr.

I am confused on what lb. and the hr. numbers should be. I keep getting numbers that are around .15, i.e. way to low.

The word on the block is that BSFC should be between .50 and .60 and up???

Any help would be appreciatedThanks, Speckid

So I know this is an old post but I think I may have found the answer your looking for.

The hr you mentioned refers to your fuel flow rate so since the stock ka24de came 270cc injectors first convert cubic centimeters per minute to pounds per hour ( so that's 270 / 10.5 = 25.7 )then since you have 4 injectors x by 4 (25.7 x 4 = 102.85)now you just divide that by your hp so (102.85 / 155 = 0.66)

that's what I wound up getting but I am just learning about this so I could be wronghope this helps!
