Beginning October 1 you will need to be hands free. So no more driving with the phone in our ear.
Thought i would share.

i never understood why people don't just use the speakers. like seriously. if i need to make an important call while driving. i take my slow time to find/dial the number. press call, and then speaker. instant hands free.

I use whether someone is on their phone as my criteria for letting them turn or change into my lane.

Even having a hands free conversation has been proven to drop awareness levels signifcantly..

It's the same in Virginia, too...

I've always used only hands-free or speakerphone when I drive, driving a manual with a phone in your hands is damn near impossible anyway.

And yet I know a lot of people who are able to drive a stick and text at the same time. I've had to ride with a couple of co-workers in the company vans while they were texting as well, and they don't seem to care when I point out that it's a huge fine and I'd rather not die because they were posting on FB or trying to get a girls number.

Hands free? I haven't steered with my dong in a while but I guess I can get back in the practice. It seems awfully irresponsible, though.

Have you been watching the Pam and Tommy video a little to much these days?
