I don't think I can really help you out, my fog lights are from the factory. But I do love having them!

I bought Hella Micro DEs for my fiancees CR-V. However, you could find a way to mount them on the Versa. As far as fog lights go, those things are real foglights and aren't just for looks. They put out a sharp flat wide bright beam that would easily let you drive in dense fog or heavy rain without your headlights like foglights are SUPPOSED to. The downside? They cost around $150. I got lucky and found some for $75. I would take pictures of the beam but right now they aren't working and I can't figure out why. When they were working, she had them on with the low beams all the time and they lit up parts of the road that the low beams by themselves weren't.

I bought my fogs off of ebay... Autopia Lighting... really good quality... heres a link...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ories

Thats about what I paid.

They're pretty good quality, and they are really easy to install. Has a relay, wiring kit, and even comes with a switch. They mount incredibly easily. If you get the fog light finishers from a versa with fogs then they pretty much look stock.

That would be the CR-V and the Hella Micro DEs. In other words, that's my fiancee

The Hella's shadow mentioned. Hella micro de's

They come with a switch, it right there next to my wheel.

during rain I used just the fogs and they are great with lighting for me, and others to see me. And at night they fill in spaces that my lights dont light close to the car and all.

I've actually never seen anyone ask this question so I here I go. To get a set of aftermarket fogs to fit in the Versa fog bezels what dimensions do they have to be? I'd like to buy a set and I would not want to end up with a pair that just does not fit.

Thank you

they are the only ones that have a bluish tinge to them(bulb is blue in color, shines white light though)

they are the exact size for our versa fog light cut out. You cannot miss them if your Walmart carries them, box is black with red writing.

I have the DLAA kit, i paid 100 usd on it.

Bought in Brazil.

It's a high quality complete kit (wires, bulbs, switch, fogs, bezels).

Check my car thread to see pictures of it.

Hello!I'm new here, I've been reading some of your posts. Great looking Versa's and great info! Barra, I appreciate all the links you give to your cool add-on's.My husband just bought me my new (to me) Versa, been asking for one for over a year. And I want to customize it a little.

Nodes, my husband and I took a trip to Wal-Mart last night, I think I found the lights you are referring to. My question is this, how did you wire them to your HID's?I also like the idea of them coming on everytime I turn my lights on.How long have you had these lights? We're wondering about quality.

Thank you in advance for any help offered!

I had them 3 months now. Work great they really do look like they were made for our cars. Best part is if they die or glass breaks it was only $20 bux and I can get another set(might do it before they discontinue them for some reason)

All I did was take the black negative wire and ran it to the HID black wire and spliced it in and then red positive wire spliced into the HID red wire.

The minute I turn on the headlights the fog come on at the same time. Did not have to run any switches to my dash board or any other wires to the inside of the cabin.

The Walmart lights have a blue tinge to them, but they shine white light. I would of bought them months earlier but I was like WTF? I do not want blue until I looked closer and the bulb makes it look Blueish.

The good thing with the blue when the car is off go hand in hand with my blue exterior.

I had to cut it too, the bezels of the kit are made for Chinese versas.

Thank you!I was thinking the same thing with the blue tint, it'll match our car. It'll just seem like a reflection (maybe?). Ours is Navy Blue, though. I like your blue.

My husband just ordered those bezels, I'm going to have him tell the dealership to change them to the factory fog bezels. So he won't have to cut them.

Looks Great!I love fogs! We're probably going to add the Walmart ones, like Nodes.

ok, so I'm a girl and don't understand, but what's the deal w/ the amber or yellow fogs? I see a lot of "euro" (is that the word? hmm) type cars with them. I like it when headlights and fogs match, but what do I know. I guess that's not "in".

My husband tried to get them (fog light covers) exchanged, but they told him they are not sold seperately. (???) They are included in the oem fog light kit, and that is the only way you can get them. So cutting them it is.

I contacted Bob less than 2 weeks ago and he said that he doesn't carry the fog kit anymore so the dealer or cutting the stocked ones it will be.

As for Versa_Mom, yes you can buy them separately because when I went to the dealer regarding these parts they gave me separate prices for each, not a price for a pair so yes I agree that is a load of crap.

Just installed in my dad's versa today led lights from ebay for $35. Personally I think they look good but if you want a real effect from fog lights then go with halogen or xenon. Now I should get fog lights for my Rogue.

Epoxy glue. That was my father's idea. Probably he's getting old and that's why these day he is using more and more epoxy glue. And yes these lights are not bright at all. LEDs were made as decorative light not as a help on the road. Anyway this morning he had a problem with the start so he started blame me for those lights but it is something with the fuel probably and cold weather. We started the car with little gas pedal push.
