The bike shop next door has a repo'd R6 that he's rebuilding. I wanted to know what they were worth.

Depending on the condition anywhere from 2500-4000. Assuming its a 2000 like you said on the phone

no prob. He's asking 5, but it's got a polished frame and wheels, and he's doing a custom paint job on it (He does some AWESOME stuff). He normally does custom Harleys, so this one is a little wierd for him.

Were you thinking of getting a bike?

I would actually pay less for polished frame and wheels. I don't like chrome or polished aluminum, but some people do and will pay more for it. I personally like black frames and white wheels, but you already knew that.

Does it have a salvaged title?What kind of miles are on it?

yea, it's a salvage title. He doesn't know the milage. That's what kinda scares me. Plus it's a repo, so who knows what's been done to it. He's still collecting body parts right now. The exhaust is gone after the headers too.

thats kinda what I'm thinking. But I've also seen the pain jobs this guy does, and that's probablly the biggest part of it. Not that any of it matters. I don't have 5K to drop on a bike right now anyway.

Yeah, he probably does have good paint jobs, but the bike itself just isn't worth it unfortunatly. Too bad it's polished, I'd like to go look at it. I want a smaller bike that I can flick around Lake Perry.

On a side note, Sidney (that girl with the RC-51) is going to be at shooters late tonight. I'm supposed to call her up when I get off work and head over there. I figure if my girl friend is going to one of her guy friends' birthday parties, I can go hang out with Sid.

Nah, no trouble, it's all innocent. I was just like "dang, Krystal gets to go have some fun tonight, why shouldn't I?". Plus being that she doesn't drink and she's a virgin (I bet there is some kind of corrolation with that. Ohh, I have a theory) we don't have A LOT of fun, but we still do have some.

What sucks is that we really don't have a lot in common. She likes TV and weight lifting bores her, however I spend the same amount of time watching TV as I do lifting weights.

She is clueless when it comes to cars (she doesn't even know what size engine is in her BRAND NEW Tahoe that she bought) but can tell me about every single country singer. I however could tell her what oil filter she needs but don't consider new country as being music. Should I keep going?

I think there is something though with this Ying and Yang thing. If I am Ying she is my Yang. Totally opposit of me

She's been in a relationship with 2 guys in her life. One was for like 2 years, they broke up and then she was with another guy for a year, then they broke up and she got back with the other guy for like 3 years. Then there is me who isn't in a relationship for longer than 3 months and I just go from girl to girl. I'm still trying to figure out if she even needs to know my kerspunk points. I'm thinking no, unless she really starts to pry, then I can't lie.

Ah dude...So I was out with a few TSR member (Topeka Sport Riders) and one of the guys was telling me about his friend selling his gixxer750. 2002, yellow/black, 7k miles. He said he's asking 5k but I could get it for 4500. I will have to check it out to see if he's lying or not.

Only bad thing is. If I buy that, then I can pretty much kiss my MR2 goodbye until I sell one of the bikes. Or get a huge raise at work?
