as many know there are many people within our group and others outside of our group that have been swindeled by flashoptions. i would like to pass on information that i have gathered to date. this thread is not meant to be a flame fest or an otherwise negative thread, so please keep it to a minimum.

i have made many contacts in my quest to recieve retribution from them and as of yet it has been fruitless.

the first step that i can recommed is to contact the us embassy in malaysia at [email protected]

this is a person at the embassy that handles commerse issues.the more people that contact him the better the outcome might be.

i have also bee talking to an attorney in malaysia that can handle a case of this type, possibly in a class action status.

if this would be considered a possibility please email me at [email protected] and i will pass on all of the information that you might need.

mods: please post this on all boards so that all who are effected may have a chance to settle this matter

and to all please let everybody that you may know on every forum to get involved and help to if nothing else put these guys out of business
