Email? You will have to deal with Doug directly. Not sure they [customer bills] are formatted correctly for an email transfer. Snail mail might work better or just FAX. I'll see if they can be transfered to a Word file.

Certainly they can be scanned into Acrobat or just tif files and emailed. Fax is so eighties.

Then there is copying and snail mail.

That's what the independent auto repair business is ------ so 80's.Anyway business records are Confidential so there is almost never any need to send them to someone else who is a non customer, without a subpoena.

The records are the private property of the customer not the car, you can get in real trouble releashing other peoples financial transactions and data.

T3 has definately put their resources into good techs and repair equipment - not the physical plant. It's adequate, but definately "80s" - maybe even 70s?

I'll take "80s" over dealership prices and crappy quality service any day!

Hence it would be better for Fred to obtain them (what happened to his copies?) and forward them to you.

The same reason Infniniti Customer Service won't give just anyone the service records until the new owner is registered with them.

So if Fred gave his consent, then you could just mail them to me.....

Whatever the case is, Im upcoming some maintenance (25k since swap) and ID like to know what was done...

I talked to Doug on the phone, and he said he'd email them to me? Called week and half ago, and they said there was a big thunderstorm and computers were down.....

Hey! Did someone say 80s?(Resisting the temptation to post a photo of Don Johnson in a pastel suit.)

I would love to own a G50 where I could say "I'm coming up on 25k maintenance."

Good thing T3 has a computerized billing system.

I'm sure the coolant, oil and ps was replaced. The fuel filter wasn't listed so probably not.Just start with everything fresh that way you know.
