Since I am unable to reach you through email and communication has now become minimal I am now going to post this publicly.

I am still waiting on the JUN Crank Collar I have purchased from you. I sent you the payment on February 9th for $105 plus paypal fee's, it is now February 25th, 16 days after sent payment. I understand it has snowed, but where I'm at the snow has came and gone and now Im dug out. On the 12th you told me that it would be sent out on monday the 15th, the 17th you told me that your garage was covered in snow and youd have the collar out and shipped on the 18th and that was the last time I have heard from you, I have sent you multiple emails and no response. Regardless, I have sent you MY money I have worked hard for and I expect you to keep me updated until I have a tracking number and it sitting at my front porch. Your inability to act as a responsible seller and keep me informed of whats going on with my purchase has led me to this end.

bottom line is....SEND ME MY s***

Regardless, I don't like it when you pay for something on time. And the person who is shipping the goods say that they are going to ship it on so and so date, and then never does. And then just keeps moving the date. Don't say your going to ship it on a certain day if your not. It pisses me off too.

File a dispute through PayPal. It will either get him to pay attention to your purchase, or get your money back.

I would file a dispute but for some odd reason paypal is saying "We're sorry, but this transaction cannot be disputed because it is not a purchase of goods or services. Please contact the recipient directly."I figure if this guy has time to jump on here or wherever he has time to give me an update regarding something i purchased from him. so st240 yes i havent heard from him in a week but this is MY money, Im sure you would feel thesame way in my situation. no email or updates from him as of yet

Just to make it clear, I did not state the fact that I have his address as a threat in the sense of bodily harm or whatnot, more in the sense of legal action or pursuit.But I find it odd how he agreed to send me back my money after stating he sent out the item already, leading me to believe the item was never sent in the first place and I more than likely will NOT see any of my money back
