I understand that the ZCCA is now an association of Zcar clubs. If you are a member of one of the associated clubs, you are a member of ZCCA.

I was a member of the original ZCCA and am a member of a couple of Zcar clubs.

the ZCCA is a national group that sanctioned clubs pay dues to be a part of, I am a member of the Bluegrass Z Car Club, which pays dues to be a part of the ZCCA, not all Z Car clubs bother to be sanctioned by the ZCCA, they are just trying to get an idea of how many ZCCA members are already active on this board

to find out if your club is sanctioned go to ZCCA.org and check your state for listings

However, it doesn't appear that he's interested. Apparently there is already a forums setup in the works, and the "sponsors" have a lot of say in how it's set up....

I think we could have done a lot better job, and saved the club some significant money as well. If anyone would like, I'll forward you Mr. Taylor's response via email.

Also, Mike is the outgoing/ most recent president of the ZCCA. Paul Genalosia (sp?) from Avalon Racing is the new ZCCA President, as elected at this year's ZCON in LA in June. I have observed just in our local club that there is a lot of resistance to technology, especially computers and the Internet, amongst most of our older members. Unfortunately not every adapts to all these things as quickly as those of us who grew up using computers, so there will be that gap there for many more years to come.

Well, if any of you have any "pull", please encourage them to reconsider this offer - This could be HUGE for ZCCA as well as NICO.
