Okay this is where I'm at with this thing. I did a stock SR swap and hooked up this Greddy Profec B and the only thing that I have done is changed the reading from kPa to PSI. When I crank up the car it reads -86 to -89. What am I looking at because for some reason the instructions just aren't doing it for me. A negative 8.6 psi...huh?

im not entirely sure but i believe its the vacuum reading as opposed to the boost reading. at idle your car will be "pulling vacuum" as opposed to reving where boost would be made. have you tried putting load on the engine and seeing if it goes from negatron to positron?

LOL! Yeah, the boost gauge reads 20 on the vacuum side at idle. You know I haven't even looked at the boost controller when it goes into boost so I don't even know if the number changes so I've got to check that out. I did notice that the boost gauge goes up to about 1 psi when the bov goes off though. On a side note, I've been driving very softly though.

It's just reading vac. When you boost, it'll change to positive numbers. I'm assuming you have the Spec 2?

You're right about it changing to positive numbers when boosting. I tried to look at the boost controller this morning when I was driving home from work. I have it mounted on the steering column cover but my steering wheel is all off center since I put that steering column bushing in and it's blocking my view of the boost controller so I have to adjust that so I can see it while driving straight. I did manage to catch a glimpse of it before it got blocked and the negative number was dropping and going to positive while I was boosting. Thanks for the info people!
