Something Bart posted earlier reminded me of a thread I've been meaning to post for a long time....

As you guys know, it is *very* important to me that no matter HOW big and successful our NICO gets, that it always retain its "small car club" atmosphere, where everyone knows everyone, and we all look out for each other.

With that in mind, I often think of people who used to post and we haven't seen for a while, or members who just sort of "disappear", and I wonder where they're at and how they're doing.

Anyhow, I'd like everyone here to do this if you would: Please tell someone close to you (best friend, spouse, parents, siblings) about your NICO family. Let them know where to find us and maybe even leave a sticker or a card with the address near your computer.

I'd like to think that if (God forbid) anything ever happened to one of us, and were for some reason unable to post, that someone would pop in and let us know what's up, so that we can do something for you.

I know this probably sounds corny, maybe someone else can explain this better than I can.

Anyhow, please consider this request, and be safe out there. :)

Alright, I'm putting Wes and Tyler in charge of telling everyone if I die. So Wes, if I dont post for like, 2 weeks, call my house and ask my mom if I'm dead.

If she says yes, ask her again in case she's just kidding.

Wes and Tyler, if you dont see me on MSN or AIM for 1 week just assume I went to a happy place and I'm drifting my Q with Jesus. I bet he's a 350Z kinda guy.

I have a NICO sticker on my car with the address... and my parents always hear about NICO... and thanks for the concern hitman, i like the idea that we are able to know what going on with our nico family....

btw, Dave (s86d) and i are good friends in person, we met because of NICO... so if anything was to happen to either of us, one of us would be able to tell...

but all in all, good idea Mr. Hitman :)

well i have printed alot of NICO cards, planning on purchasing some NICO stickers...so yea i'll do that, but let's hope nothing ever happens to any of us!

I recommended a guy at work to NICO but he said he didnt like thelayout as much as he liked altimas.net. He has a 2k4 3.5se altima.

hahaha man oh man... every time I see a post like ^^that^^ one, I beleive more and more that AZ really is bent on total domination of the Nissan/Infiniti world, and would somehow use his newfound power fulfill his evil desires...

tell me you cant see it. ;)

Scary isn't it. :)

As for me, only my dad shares somewhat of an interest of my car with me. He helped with my timing chain job, and although he thinks I'm wasting my time spending so much money keeping this old S13 running, he always helps out whenever I ask.

With that said, I doubt you'll ever see him on ANY forum, much less NICO. But hey, not everybody can be as L33T as we can. :)

Hey Hitman, me and Mark are still around we work now and try to get on as much in the evening to see whats up. Sometimes he works til 6 and I usually get home around 4. We haven't disappeared we just see whats up and if we post then you'll know. :)

As I speak I'm at work. lol
