I was wondering if there's a way to attach the rear spoiler without glueing it so that you can take it off if you want and there will be no marks on the rear. Any way to do this?

The factory spoiler uses nuts to secure the wing in place from underneath. You can probably use a good double-sided tape, but it could be easier to steal. You'll probably need to remove the bolts(studs) as they are typically molded into Nissan's wings.

Not too worried about theft because I live in a safe neighborhood + managers let me park in their lot so I just want a method in which I could in the future take off my spoiler without leaving a trace on my car.. Would double-sided tape leave a mark if I took the spoiler off, or do anything to the paint? Thanks.

(Btw I'm not talking about the factory spoiler, I'm using a diff one)

Depends on the double sided tape used. Some are vlimsy and tear apart when removed. 3M makes a good one that's relatively thin and strong. While it may tear apart, it tends to be easier to remove the remaining pieces. This is not saying a lot though as it still requires heavy rubbing with your thumb to roll the tape off. Careful attention should not leave any marks.

i wouldn't recommend just using glue or tape as letting it sit in the sun will heat it and glue or tape will lose strength...and may come off while you are driving
