I've searched the site and cant find:

Can a PDF be attached to a post or does it have to be hosted somewhere?

Also looked for a file to upload to within NICOforum and couldn't find it.

Hey Steve. AFAIK, all files have to hosted elsewhere. You could use Dropbox or a similar service.
