as some of u know, living in the city requires the OBD2 scan for emission testing. so i was wondering. if i do a SR20DET swap, can i still get the car to pass the OBD2 scan? i have a 96 so i need the Scan to be able to pass for emissions. this question is for anyone else that thier state/county requires a OBD2 scan for emissions. if not, then a KA-T is all the choice i have
