i agree, could just be the pics. to me it doesnt look like the heat sheild is mounted on that back bracket.

I dunno how Sammy mounted the K&N, it looked fine, might be my photo. He also had the 3.5 mirrors on there, and he said they worked great on his 2.5

Wow I didn't know silver was a rare breed. When I bought my A/C, I wanted white, but only silvers were around. The lot had like 7 silvers and dark slates each but no white or blue.
