Mine occurs at 38 MPH.
My suburban traffic seems to move between 35 and 40 MPH.

Not sure off the top of my head. I'm guessing your going by minimal throttle? I tend to use the triptronic when in traffic. I feel you can make much smoother easier shifts if you know the sweet spots as well as avoid the DS kick back and occasional stumble.

It's supposed to happen around 40 per the FSM. I'd recommend staying in 3rd gear at those speeds though
