at/mt harness Q? kinda confused.

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

ok this is my Q. I have a m/t harness but i took it off with all the wiring.what mean is where it connect to the battery and alternator and stuff like that. My Q is do ineed to connetc all that stuff. or can i just take out the or can i just separate that connect to the sensor kinda Please help thanks. oh doing the M to A swap.
