at FULL throttle only 2000 rpm what wrong

yeah, i have a 1993 240sx ka24de and at full throttle it won't rev any higher that 2200 rpm whats the deal, my dad said he think one of the cams jumped time. oh and it's auto trans no check engine light i just put the engine in and got it in timing and it has 60,000 mile only . could it be some thime no hook up or something else?

a litte help please my car only rev at 2200rpm i change the CAS now at start up it revs to 4000rpm with my foot on the gas but then die right down what wrong

Check your MAF. It sounds like your car is in limp mode.
