AT Check 94 Q45

Car: 1994 Q45

I ran the AT check (shift through all the gears and depress the gas) and it came back with a code 3. Cannot find any information online as to what this code means, does anybody know? Car has trouble going into third gear.

3 is "Throttle position sensor circuit is short-circuited or disconnected."
