I've been thinking about it and i'm debating on selling my car. A big part of whether i decide to sell or not will be what i can get out of it. It's a 1997 Q45, i'm the second owner of it. First owner was an older couple. Its the maroon color with tan interior. I'd say it is in good - excellent condition with 110k on it. Recently replaced spark plugs, knock sensors and knock sensor harness. Regular maintenance is kept on it. It has 15% tint all around, custom dual exhaust, and orange corner markers removed from headlights. Tires are in good shape as well. Also have a set of 20x9.5 wheels and tires that could go with it if wanted, only 5k on them, (they were $1600). What do you think would be a reasonable guess i could sell this for with the stock wheels and tires? Price along with aftermarket wheels and tires? Thank you..

Don't know values in your market, but the dark tint and dubs will hurt resale value over clean OEM stock.

well i have stock wheels with nearly brand new tires on them as well. and tint can always come off before selling. that's why i was wondering on a price with and without the wheels because some people like and some don't, same goes for the tint.

return it to stock looking condition, and it may fetch $5,000. Leave the ghetto wheels and tint on it, and you eliminate 99% of the potential buyers who can pay cash for it, period.

A 10 year old car is worth 10% of new MSRP and 97 where $49,500.Unfortunately 97 might have been produced in 1996 so at least 12 years old, in another year the fair rivate party price will be down to $2500 -$3,000.

lol. cause $5k is SOOO much money.

you're going to take a hit on a v8 right now. all used japanese luxury sedans are way down. what i would do is average kbb, nada, and edmunds for a starting point. sell for value + $800 w/ wheels, value w/o. none of the other things are going to add to selling price but may help with desirability if that's what someone happens to be looking for.

i don't know what's going on in old man land but where i am there are entire lots based off buying cars with cheap 20+'s, a/v mods, etc. as usual you're going to get a lot of biased answers around here.
