Ash tray

I have a S Sedan and I was wondering if all Versas came with no ash tray? Or is it just the S model?

I have an SL sedan 07 and no, no ash tray.

Not even a cigarette lighter. Come on Nissan...pick it up!

I try not to smoke in my car though, its such a bad habit!

I have a 2010 S Sedan and mine has a cigarette lighter setup on the center console.

Since you have an SL sedan, do you have a trunk release button/handle?

All Versas do not come with a ci lighter or ash tray. You'll have to look at other world markets that have a higher smoking population if you want to import the parts and change them.

Nope, my SL doesnt have any button or handle inside the cabin. The only way I know to release the trunk is the button on the trunk itself.

What do you mean the button on the trunk? The only way I can pop my trunk is with the key.

On my sedan, just underneath that honkin chrome finnisher is a flat button. It is directly under the nissan emblem and just pops the trunk. Give it a try, look up from down low, try getting on your knees and look above the license plate.

I'm so used to the keyless and button that I didn't even realize my trunk had a keyhole. Guess you gotta open it somehow if it breaks or the battery is dead. Wife's saturn has a trunk button on the remote so it doesn't have an interior latch either.

I don't mind not having the cigarette lighter but I consider the ash tray and trunk button/hatch very important.

Pep Boys and Autozone both sell an ashtray that fits in one of the cupholders.

not ALL have a power trunk button, you have to have power door lock option.

I have power door locks and it does not have a hatch release button on the key fob.

Usually sedans have a trunk release on the key fob but not a hatch.

I wonder if it is wired for the trunk release and if you could put a switch back there. hmmm sounds like one of us should ask Nissan.
