ASC production Sticker

Hey guys and girls, Chris (R4KA240) and I were cleaning our verts today and i noticed a strange sticker on the side of my door, in the jam. Its a sticker from ASC. It has a production number (4487) and a production date, july 20, 1993. We checked his door and it has the same sticker. production number 5946 date: october 21, 1993.ill get pictures of it a little later. I have class in a few minutes.

Anyone else have this sticker on their door?

If so should we add it to the vert registry in the sticky?

my 92 is 257 my 93 is 2190

Went to garage to get the number. It's 5079 and date is Aug 26 1993. Actually, I celebrate my car's birthday(?). Do I love my car too much?

The numbers coming up in 94 are not jiving with the numbers listed in the sticky for production numbers. This could mean fewer were produced then originally listed or more were made in 94 then posted.

Yeah, they are both 94's. One purchased here in shreveport, mine is from houston.

I guess I'm just slow on finding it, but like I said, would it be a viable option to go back and update the registry?

Also my 93 has a production number lower then the listed number of units made in 92. As per the sticky.

they could b just left over 92s being sold as 93s?...IIRC all 94s were jus the left over 93s jus tryin to get rid of em

honestly whoever has contact with ASC should attempt to find out exactly what those numbers mean and if they were only stuck on US cars. This would clear up any confusion as to what the production numbers reffer to.

I tried contacting ASC once some time ago but got no response.

How did you get your top to sit down so low? And the boot cover doesn't appear to be stock. You may have answered this before but every time I see your sig I mean to ask.

The top is sitting in its natural position. Its the cover that makes it look diffrent. The cover is a vinyl semi stretch material that will just ride right on the top components. I have had an issue with it being slightly higher on the left side at times due to the hydrolic lines being in the wrong place. Check to make sure those lines are down off the wheel well to the inside. If not they will get caught under the stack holding it up a bit.

my numbers 1112 may 28th(?) and its a 92

Mine's ASC number 2162 and was chopped August 6, 1992. She was built in May/June 1992.
