asc off and slip warning light on, due to cold weather??

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

ok.. i have 08 ex35, about 38000miles on. new michelin all season tire and everything is maintained well.
yesterday, my EX35 went lil crazy and lit up asc off warning light on and slip warning light on constantly.
i'm not sure it's because of 25 degree cold weather, or it's just acting up.
i know i need to change my break pads soon but i'm not sure this is related or not.
does anyone have this problem or as similar problem?

i double checked my asc switch and it is off.
and tire pressure and tpms checked also.

Same thing happened to me the other day. I was parked at the side of the road, right side was parked in a pile of snow and when I drove off the slip light remained on constantly. After I stopped the car, then restarted... all was fine and has been ever since! Computers.... lol

My VDC slip light came on then VDC Off lit up and remained on. Stopped and restarted the car. No change. Same status for 3 days.
In to the dealer yesterday: 4 wheel brake job. New rotors all round.
EX is at only 38,000km. WTF?
