I have the manual of the car but does not explain very well and has already installed as the car but said the car has not turned a mark on the stick and another in the puley if someone done this before q please help me.

It sounds like you're trying to set the timing. What manual do you have? If it's not the FSM, try getting it from the link in my signature, it's going to explain the process better than I can.
