As I remove body panels to paint, this got me thinking of something...opinions needed

Right now the front bumper cover, front fenders are off. Soo the hood, trunk, rear bumper cover, and both doors.

I was wondering how much faster would my car be in the 1/4 with all this stuff removed? of course any greater distance the drag on the vehicle would be horrendous.

Whutcha think? I Gtech'd a 16.9 with it once hehe :)

if i had a way to get to a road without cops seeing me, a nice stretch, i'd like to try it again.

nice how much do you think it all ways. i think it would help just because it ways lighter. as far as how much faster i really don't know. you should just find a little strip around your house and get a friend to time you. will not be the same but it might save you a ticket and a rough time sheet. i don't know have fun though.

isn't it about .1 seconds faster per 100 pounds lighter?

i don't know but that sounds close to the right ratio. pounds for time
