i believe she'll make the dyno next week man. As far as the exhaust gains go under stock conditions hopefully John at turbochargers will throw the 2.5inch exhaust on his altima to give us some solid numbers.

does a turbo replace an intake? you can't have both at a time right?

there is still intake piping, but as far as an aftermarket intake (injen, fujita, stillen, etc) the answer is no. the piping replaces the aftermarket intake or the stock air box. with a turbo there is still fresh air being inducted through the filter or turbo, but it's not being directed directly into your throttle body (the part your aftermarket intake connects to).

haha. yeah blake, if you beat me to the turbo punch i'ma trade in my boosted alty coupe for a Z3.7 and try to be the first with everything with that car as you have been with the alty coupe, but i should be ready to ride this week as the battery relocation is all that needs to be done besides the dyno/tune. we'll have to have a meet sometime late this year or early next to check out each others cars. maybe nevada or new mexico because i seriously believe our cars will be one of a kind for a very very long time.

oh yeah further north FTW

I'm waiting for you guys to finish prototyping. If it weren't for the distance I wouldn't have let you get that sweet turbo prototyping going on lol.But alas , Texas is as far as Europe from where I stand.

there is only kinetic motorsport that I know of that would make a turbo kit for a nissan but they are in vancouver. ugh. So I'll just wait for the artisan performance kit.

I do have a friend that works for turbonetics, I will haft to see if they can make a turbo for our A/C. They usually specilize in custom work and can make anything you want for the right price.

Nice, but both of these kits use turbonetics turbos already. I think you would be better to go with a Garrett setup or something. Just to get the diversity going

cell phone video of first start up. artisan performance exhaust sound clip. the white smoke is typical with a new exhaust and the car hadn't been started in over 3 months.

or flour in the downpipe. for special effects purposes only of course. no power gains from flour.
