I just got my Artisan Exhaust on Wednesday before the Tuner Evolution show this weekend. They nailed it, sounds awesome, fitment is perfect and love the muffler in the front. Less weight and I can feel a difference in the performance already. Taking to the dyno this week I hope to get some numbers. I want to know what this baby can do!!

I really would love to hear it, and definitely like how light it is. Greddy is wayyy too big, but produced a rich purr. I hope this does the same. :p

it looks so simple. The muffler is in the front with the cat? Im not huge into custom exhausts and **** so this is something new to me. I hope that it doesnt sound like a rice rocket or 1000 lil bees trying to push a civic.

I hope that is not the final product? You could get an Joe Smo' exhaust shop to fab you up something better than that. It looks like a bunch of short welds instead of being mandrel bent. I hope that is not what I have been waiting for and that they are not going to charge the MSRP of $799 according to their website.

mine was done at an exhaust shop and waaaaaaaaaaay less welds... and it was mostly mandrel bent

BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT: could be that they were test fitting and the final product will follow this fit with less welds?

hopefully with less welds and a muffler bc no straight piped exhaust is worth what they are saying that they are going to charge for it.

kinda stupid questions you guys. seriously, do any of you see it being cost effective to weld every exhaust kit that goes out the door, or do you think bending would be easier, take less time, and be more efficient. think about it!

Well, Warner, in all fairness, why is he getting dyno numbers from a non produciton piece. A mandrel bent exhaust system is guarenteed to have better flow than one with 20 weld lines. Just a thought

the car in that picture isn't the fox marketing precision grey coupe, it's my dark slate coupe hence the stock wheels and tires and no fm rear caps. as far as brian dyno'ing this exhaust, i'm not certain if his artisan exhaust is bent or welded? hopefully he'll chime in soon and let us know what's up.

Seriously I've had it with Fox Marketing and Artisan Performance. They have no business sense, at least answer people's questions. Its not like this is this is the first time they posted about their products and ran away. Its just like the nonexistent turbo by Artisan. This is why you'll lose out to companies like Stillen and GReddy. You guys don't even answer e-mails. Not to mention you guys saying the exhaust would be $600, then you sell it to AzureCoupe for $540, then the website says $700, wtf?

OOOO I get it. I thought in your first post you were saying you were going to dyno just the exhaust for numbers. I didnt realize A. It was your car, and B. The turbo system isn't going to yield numbers for the exhaust. My bad However, this picture is good news. Looks like the system is almost done! I thought for a min there I was gonna beat you to the turbo punch haha.

..well I dont wanna look like a bad guy, I am in the same boat here. I havent paid for it they promised me 550 (is actually what the original, and final agreed amount is going to be) and I am still waiting, in the dark I might add. There is nothing I know that anyone doenst. To be honest, every day that passes that my inbox stays empty, the closer I get to just sayin screw it and going back to the NISMO exhaust(that I originally had ordered then canceled after this deal was made) I was promised, "first week in may." and it is way past that now with no word on anything besides just being, "on schedule" I have no idea whats going on and am trying to be patient. Actually with my limited knowledge and seeing what everyone is saying I am starting to doubt if I even want to wait. I dont want to make a bad choice here with buying this so I am starting to think I'll just be safe with NISMO. They need to hurry up and sell it to me before i change my mind.

I say relax guys, the turbo is going to rock SO HARD and SO FAST and SO MUCH that you'll forget about everything else. They post on the forums just to let us know whats going on. Don't expect them to reply. It's already cool that we get the information here straight from the source without having to go look for it. forget about having an answer. thats what I did, and now I feel much better

You've got to give them props for having made two showcar altima coupes and giving the community as a whole a lot more streetcred so soon in the coupes life.

when it'll be ready, it'll be ready. And if it ain't, well stillen and that other company adidas2go is working with will have something for us.

Dropping it off Friday morning with Speed Force Racing for the turbo install. Going to be a tough long road, but we will get it done. Also my big hoopla with Vortech a few months ago got them talking with STILLEN about producing the supercharger kit. Hopefully they work out numbers!
