Arrrrgh! Convertible top fuse help please

For whatever reason the Acrobat Reader on my computer is jamming everything up and I can't access the page in the FSM that shows me where the two twenty amp fuses are that control the top. I was working on the car the other day and the top just all of a sudden wouldn't freaking go up. I'd hit the switch and absolutely NOTHING would happen, so I'm really hoping it's just a fuse.

Thanks for the help guys. I don't know why the Adobe is not cooperating.
