ARP stud stripped or broken?

So i think i overtorqued one nut on my sr20det. All of a sudden my torque wrench just got easy all of a sudden. The nut is still pretty tight on the stud but I'm not sure if its broken or just stripped. I always thought that the Nut and stud design will not break the stud but maybe strip the nut. IS it safe to run just one messed up stud?

Where on the motor is the stud connecting to? If it's the head or the main, you're screwed. Get it out and pray that the block didn't give.
