I'll go ahead and answer my own question;

I talked to ARP and they have them for the RB26, and they told me to go thru Summit, so I called them and now they are set up to sell them as a package for like $230 or something.

Awesome! Thanks Joel. I have seen them pop up on ebay the last few months ever so often. Though, they were ~$310 so I guess now I'll save $80.

woops, I re read my post and didn't mean to infer that Summit sold both the head and main studs, just the headstuds (as far as I know)
